AirShare合同会社 operates the Japanese University vocabulary application. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@shareclo.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Email address (when you create an account)
- Name and profile information from Google, if you sign in with Google
- Vocabulary entries you create ("my words"), including Japanese words, readings, meanings, and notes
- Your learning goal preference (business, daily conversation, travel, JLPT)
Information generated through your use of the Service
- Study progress (which words you have marked as learned, review schedules)
- Study activity dates (which days you studied)
- Subscription status
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical information such as browser type and access times, collected by our hosting provider
Payment information
We do not collect or store your credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card information directly.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service
- To generate personalised example sentences, readings, and illustrations
- To manage your subscription and process payments
- To display your learning statistics and milestones
- To respond to your inquiries
- To detect and prevent abuse
4. Service providers we share information with
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Your information is shared with them only to the extent necessary.

Important: When you use AI features, the words and sentences you enter are transmitted to OpenAI to generate content. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into vocabulary entries.
5. International transfers
Our service providers are located outside Japan, including in the United States. By using the Service, your information may be transferred to and processed in these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, transaction records for tax or accounting purposes).
7. Your rights
You may:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Local storage
The Service stores certain preferences in your browser's local storage (for example, whether you prefer romaji or kana readings, and whether you have dismissed the "add to home screen" prompt). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email.

当社はクレジットカード情報を取得・保管しません。決済はStripeが処理し、カード情報はStripeが直接取り扱います。

4. 第三者提供・委託先
本サービスの運営にあたり、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。必要な範囲でのみ情報を共有します。

重要：AI機能をご利用の際、入力された語句や文はOpenAIに送信されます。単語や例文の欄に個人情報や機微な情報を入力しないでください。
5. 国外への移転
当社が利用する外部サービスは、米国を含む日本国外に所在しています。本サービスのご利用により、利用者の情報がこれらの国に移転され処理される場合があります。移転先の国の個人情報保護に関する制度は、日本と異なる場合があります。
6. 保存期間
アカウントが有効である間、情報を保存します。アカウントを削除された場合、合理的な期間内に個人データを削除します。ただし、税務・会計上の理由等により保存が必要な記録はこの限りではありません。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、当社が保有する自身の情報について、開示・訂正・削除を請求できます。同意に基づく処理については、同意の撤回が可能です。ご希望の際はinfo@shareclo.comまでご連絡ください。
8. ローカルストレージ
本サービスは、表示設定（ローマ字／かなの選択、ホーム画面追加案内の表示状態など）を利用者のブラウザに保存します。この情報は端末内に留まり、当社には送信されません。
9. 未成年の利用
本サービスは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。
10. 安全管理
当社は情報の保護のため合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、通信および保管の方法において完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは変更されることがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上またはメールにて通知します。
