These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Japanese University vocabulary application ("Service") operated by AirShare合同会社 ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This English version is the governing text of these Terms. The Japanese translation provided below is for reference only.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Service operated by AirShare合同会社.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google.

4. Free and Premium plans

The Service offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Premium plan.

Free trial. New Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged.

Pricing. Premium costs ¥500 per month (tax included). Subscribers who qualify for the Founding Member Discount pay ¥250 per month for the first 6 months after the trial ends, after which the regular price of ¥500 per month applies automatically.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the settings screen. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect for your subscription.

5. Your content

The Service allows you to add your own vocabulary entries ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your Content is private to your account and is not shared with other users.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate example sentences, readings, verb conjugations, and illustrations.

AI-generated content may contain errors. While we take care to improve its quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, natural, or appropriate for every context. Please use your judgment, and do not rely on it as authoritative language instruction.

To generate this content, the words you enter are transmitted to our AI provider (OpenAI). Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Our content

Vocabulary entries, example sentences, and other materials provided by us (including content originating from Japanese University Instagram reels) are protected by copyright and remain our property or that of our licensors.

You may use them for your own personal language learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publish them, or use them to train machine learning models, without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on it
• Abuse AI generation features (for example, by making excessive automated requests)
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

We may limit or suspend access if we detect abuse.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, stop charging subscribers.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 松山地方裁判所 (Matsuyama District Court) as the court of first instance.

These Terms are provided in both English and Japanese. The English version is the governing text. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Japanese translation, the English version shall prevail.

本ページの英語版が正本であり、以下の日本語版は参考訳です。内容に相違がある場合は英語版が優先されます。

第1条（はじめに）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、AirShare合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供する Japanese University 単語帳アプリ（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。アカウントを作成し、または本サービスをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（利用資格）

本サービスは13歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。

第3条（アカウント）

利用者は、アカウント情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。アカウントの不正利用が疑われる場合は、速やかに当社にご連絡ください。

第4条（無料プランと有料プラン）

本サービスには、機能が制限された無料プランと、有料のPremiumプランがあります。

新規のPremium申込みには7日間の無料トライアルが含まれます。トライアル開始には有効な支払方法の登録が必要です。トライアル終了前に解約されない場合、自動的に有料契約に移行し、料金が発生します。

Premiumの料金は月額500円（税込）です。Founding Member Discountの対象となる場合、トライアル終了後6ヶ月間は月額250円（税込）となり、その後は自動的に通常価格の月額500円（税込）に戻ります。

契約は解約されるまで毎月自動的に更新されます。

解約は設定画面よりいつでも可能です。解約後も、現在の請求期間の終了日まではご利用いただけます。未使用期間分の日割り返金は行いません。

法令上必要な場合を除き、お支払いいただいた料金の返金は行いません。

料金は変更される場合があります。変更が適用される前に、合理的な期間をもって事前にお知らせします。

第5条（利用者のコンテンツ）

利用者が本サービスに登録した単語等（以下「利用者コンテンツ」）の権利は、利用者に帰属します。当社は、本サービスを提供する目的の範囲でのみ、利用者コンテンツを保存・処理します。利用者コンテンツは他の利用者には公開されません。

第6条（AI生成コンテンツ）

本サービスは、例文・読み・活用形・イラストの生成にAIを利用しています。

AIが生成した内容には誤りが含まれる可能性があります。当社は品質の向上に努めていますが、生成内容が常に正確・自然であることを保証するものではありません。学習の参考としてご利用ください。

生成にあたり、利用者が入力した語句はAI提供事業者（OpenAI）に送信されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

第7条（当社のコンテンツ）

当社が提供する単語・例文その他の教材（Instagramリールに由来するものを含みます）に関する著作権等の権利は、当社または権利者に帰属します。

利用者は、個人の語学学習の目的でのみこれらを利用できます。当社の書面による許諾なく、複製・再配布・販売・公開すること、および機械学習の学習データとして利用することを禁じます。

第8条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令に違反する目的での利用
• 本サービスまたは他の利用者のアカウントへの不正アクセスの試み
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
• 過度な負荷をかける自動化手段による利用
• AI生成機能の濫用（過度な自動リクエスト等）
• 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング

濫用が確認された場合、当社は利用を制限または停止することがあります。

第9条（サービスの提供・変更）

当社は本サービスの安定した提供に努めますが、中断のない利用を保証するものではありません。本サービスの内容を変更、一時停止、または終了することがあります。サービス全体を終了する場合は、合理的な予告期間を設け、必要に応じて課金を停止します。

第10条（利用終了）

利用者はいつでも本サービスの利用を終了し、アカウントを削除できます。

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当社はアカウントを停止または削除することがあります。合理的な場合には事前に通知します。

第11条（免責）

本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。

第12条（責任の制限）

法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、本サービスに関する当社の賠償責任の総額は、請求の原因となる事由が発生した時点から遡って12ヶ月間に利用者が当社に支払った金額を上限とします。

当社の故意または重大な過失による場合その他法令上免責が認められない場合は、この限りではありません。

第13条（本規約の変更）

当社は本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、適用前に本サービス上またはメールにて通知します。変更後も利用を継続された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第14条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、松山地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第16条（言語）

本規約は英語版と日本語版を用意していますが、英語版を正本とします。英語版と日本語版の間に齟齬がある場合は、英語版の内容が優先されます。
